With a magnificent waterfront setting, views of Mt. Rainier and warm southern sunlight, South Beach has it all. A whole house renovation was undertaken and after reworking the structure of the main floor – an expanded and more connected living space resulted. The new open plan allowed water views and sunlight to be experienced along the entire length of the home.
