Bluff House

This high bluff view property has been in the family nearly a century, and the owner wished to affect a major renovation to the mid-century structure. Taken down to the studs – the interiors went from 70’s wall to wall carpet style to newly imagined sleek, warm, contemporary interior. All new finishes and lighting throughout highlight the gleaming kitchen and the substantial new fireplace.  New window and door systems refocus the views and allow for an enhanced indoor-outdoor flow. Original knotty pine wall paneling was reclaimed for the kitchen island and barn door which accesses the handsome new spa bath.
